I previously posted a 1/2 marathon training plan. I think if is really as nice as they say it's going to be tomorrow I'm going to go out & run my 6 mile Sunday run that I used to do in the summer. I start around 5th Avenue in Belmar & run to the end of Spring Lake & back. Yes, there is some walking involved, but I can finally make it from one end of Spring Lake to the other without stopping. It's about 2 miles. There was a time that I couldn't make it from the gates in Spring Lake to the first pavilion without feeling like I was going to die. & that is only a 1/4 of a mile! Again, I'm not the best runner, but at least I have some stamina.
