Sunday Workouts

Off to the gym this morning, with no plan.  Maybe running, maybe some weight lifting, although, I haven't been motivated to get into the weight room.

Either way, I have to do something today.  Ate way too much yesterday & had some beers too.  I don't think that's on any 1/2 Ironman, 1/2 Marathon, 1/2 anything diet.  Maybe I should look into diet plans as well.
