I think an outdoor run is in order tomorrow. Or maybe a bike ride out to Meadow Ridge park or up to Middletown to run the trails in Huber Woods. I think I need to step it up on the outdoor portion of my workouts.
My calves were so sore the other night. I went to the gym 4 times this week. I know that I should have gotten one more workout in, but Thursday night I was just too sore and Friday nights are always hard to squeeze anything in. Maybe if I didn't sleep all day today I would have made time for a workout. Oh well, that's what Sunday is for. Have to step it up this week! Hmm...I think I wrote that last week!
