iPod Workout of the Day Ap

This would be a great ap.  If it actually made you do it.

I even programmed it in my calendar to remind me every day at 5 pm to do the workout.  Yeah, that's not working either.  At least when it goes off I know it's 5 pm.  & At it even comes with a handy "save to favorites" button so you can save your favorite workouts.  So far I have saved 3, you know for the big day that I actually do the workout.  & a timer - it counts down 10 minutes for you.  Yes, that's how short the workout is.  10.  Minutes.  & I still don't do it.  Nice.

But the ap is awesome & I totally recommend it to anyone.  Anyone that WANTS to workout.  It even comes with a handy video showing you how to do certain exercises like thrust squats and dive bombers.  All sarcasm aside, I am glad I downloaded it.  & yes, I do plan on doing these exercises.  I do.  I do.  I do.
