I read an article about this the other day. I really want one of the incline/treadmill machines, but when I went to look up how much they cost! Woah! I think it's about the same price as my entire gym membership for the year, maybe more. Perhaps I will inquire at the Atlantic Club will get some of those machines in the future. They look like fun. I don't know if I have enough room in the basement for one anyway. For the time being, I'll just have to ratchet up the incline on the regular treadmills, they seem to work the same. Time for a new house! One day when I win the lottery wait til you see my fancy in home gym! Ha ha.
I'm hoping that if I do keep up the incline training, it will help with all these hills I'm hearing about in New Hampshire! Will keep everyone posted.
